No, you do not need to create an account to place an order on our website. However, if you do create an account you will be able to view previous orders and keep track of your order status in your account.
We accept all major debit/ credit cards.
All of our products are delivered by in-groups vehicles. We do not outsource delivery to any courier / delivery companies.

EX is referred to when two or more lengths of timber are cut from a large plank, often diagonally.
E.g 125x22MM 2EX Feather edge means that two lengths were created from one square 125x22MM length of timber. The actual dimensions of the feather edge would typically be 17mm tapering to 5mm for this particular example.
Unfortunately not. We are not currently able to offer a cutting service.
All of our fence panels are a standard 6ft wide (1828mm). We do not offer fence panels in any other width.
No. With current material shortages we are not accepting pre-orders.
